Heart-Centered Therapy

As a neurodivergent individual myself, I know how challenging it is to be vulnerable before and during therapy. I take a heart-focused and person-centered approach to therapy.

Assessments for ADHD & Autism

Fees

Therapy Rate: $80-100 - 1 hour session.
I welcome sessions offered on a sliding scale. Please reach out to discuss flexible options that work for you. No proof of finances required.

I can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursements.

Sessions are a full 60 minutes.

Assessment Rate: $125 - 1 hour first session,
sliding scale for subsequent sessions.
ADHD assessments can take up to 3-4 sessions to complete.
Autism assessments can take up to 5-6 sessions to complete.

Payment is due at time of service.

Insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly, however I can provide a superbill and/or any additional documentation to access resources at no extra charge.

To determine coverage, contact your insurance provider and ask if you have out-of-network benefits for Licensed Mental Health Counselors.
